The free Organize PDF tool lets you rearrange and remove pages in a document. Upload your PDF, drag the pages into the sequence you want, delete any you do not need, and download the reorganized file. It is free, adds no watermark, and needs no account.
The tool changes only the order and selection of pages, never their content. Each page you keep is preserved exactly as it was, with text still selectable and images at full resolution, so reorganizing a document does not degrade it in any way.
How to Organize a PDF
- Upload your PDF. Select the file or drag it onto the upload area.
- Rearrange and delete. Drag the page thumbnails into the order you want, and remove any pages you do not need.
- Apply. The tool rebuilds the document in your chosen order.
- Download. Save the reorganized PDF to your device.
Reordering Without Rebuilding
Fixing the order of a document should not mean recreating it. Because the tool copies your existing pages into a new sequence rather than re-rendering them, the reorganized file is a faithful copy, just in the order you set. That makes it the fast way to correct pages that scanned out of order, drop a blank or duplicate page, or move a section to where it belongs.
Is My File Safe?
Your files are handled securely. Uploaded PDFs are deleted from our servers immediately after processing, whether it succeeds or fails. The result is stored under a random, unguessable name and stays available to download for up to two hours, then it is automatically and permanently deleted. All uploads and downloads use a secure HTTPS connection.
When to Organize a PDF
- Fixing scan order. Put pages back in sequence after they scanned out of order.
- Removing blanks. Delete blank or duplicate pages from a document.
- Rearranging sections. Move a section to a better position before sharing.
- Cleaning up before sending. Drop internal or draft pages you do not want to share.
